SAFTCheck is operated by OCmods (Portugal). Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited as Merchant of Record; Paddle issues invoices and processes refunds on our behalf.
1. 14-day refund window
You may request a full refund of any payment for SAFTCheck within 14 days of the payment date, for any reason or for no reason at all. This covers every Single Fix purchase, every Pro or Agency subscription payment (including monthly renewals), and any other charge processed by Paddle on our behalf.
Email [email protected] from the address on the account, include the Paddle order ID (in your receipt email from [email protected]), and we issue the refund.
2. Subscription renewals
Pro and Agency subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. Cancel any time from your account dashboard or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the paid period.
Every renewal charge is covered by the 14-day refund window in section 1 above — no reason required.
3. How refunds are processed
- Email [email protected] from the account address with the Paddle order ID.
- We acknowledge within 2 business days.
- Paddle issues the refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
4. Statutory consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable EU and Portuguese law, including any rights granted by Decree-Law 24/2014 on distance contracts. Where a statutory right grants a more generous remedy than this policy, the statutory right prevails.
